Plenaries and Breakouts

We understand how conferences work and can accommodate NES participants in every aspect of their participation, from listening to a plenary session to asking a question of a panelist, to being a presenter oneself or actively participating in a breakout session discussion, tour, or private meeting.

Wireless Equipment

Specialized wireless transmitters and receivers allow our interpreters to simultaneously interpret quietly into the ears of participants all around a room. This method allows for maximum mobility, independence, sanitation, and clear reception for everyone involved. Ask about our equipment rental services as well.
